Zenith Steel Engineering provides structural steel detailing, connection design, BIM coordination, and related engineering services as described on our website and in individual project agreements.
Submitting a contact or project enquiry form does not create a binding agreement. A formal engagement begins only when both parties execute a written project agreement or statement of work.
All deliverables (shop drawings, calculation reports, BIM models) become the property of the client upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
